Instead of a smooth, integrated system, the team was stuck with manual processes: quotes updated by hand and prone to mistakes, daily hour tracking in Excel, invoices that required recalculating each client’s hours one by one.
This was the reality for Numeraria, a mid-sized accounting firm in Piedmont, Italy. Their choice was clear:
