Build, deploy, hypercare, and post-go-live support are all managed remotely. Tools designed for async collaboration, no pointless calls. Team distributed across Italy, Argentina, and Algeria, covering the full European working day.

On-site when it counts

AI Readiness Assessment: 2 days onsite to analyse processes in the field, not over a shared screen. AI Adoption workshop: always at the client's premises, never remote — because change management means looking people in the eye.

Who is behind Soraia?

Soraia was founded in 2023 by Daniel Levis (CEO, change management & AI adoption) and Davide Silvestri (CTO, backend architecture & AI engineering). Today we are a team of 11 people distributed across Italy, Argentina, and Algeria. Registered in Biella, working 100% remote.

Why are all roles called 'AI Consultant'?

Because at Soraia every team member works directly with the client across every phase: discovery, build, deploy, adoption. We don't separate developers from consultants from PMs. AI is a cross-functional discipline, not a technical silo — and this model works better for SMEs.

How many projects have you delivered?

40+ projects delivered across 11 countries. 30% in Italy, the rest distributed across Europe, the USA, the UAE, and Australia. Main sectors: recruiting & HR, finance & accounting, venture capital, real estate, customer support, sales operations.

Registered office in Biella (Via Losana 13, 13900 Biella). Delivery 100% remote: no corporate offices, no inflated costs in the quote. But for the phases that require human contact — AI Readiness Assessment (2 days onsite to analyse processes in the field) and AI Adoption workshops (always at the client's premises) — we come to you. Change management doesn't happen over Zoom.
