Methodology
How we build your AI agents.
Short, iterative sprints: at every iteration the agent already does something useful in production. No 6-month projects that end in a demo: you see value from the very first week.

We time the target process with your team. We lock the single primary metric (e.g. hours/person/week recovered). No baseline, no guarantee.

Prompt engineering, integration with your systems (CRM, ATS, ERPs), escalation rules, audit log. Weekly reviews with your operational team.

The agent works in parallel with the human team, without yet making autonomous decisions. Output comparison, fine-tuning on the criteria, team training.

The agent goes into production. Active Soraia monitoring for 30 days, immediate fixes on edge cases. On day 30: final measurement vs baseline. If you haven't recovered the promised hours, you don't pay for the sprint.

Project Manager
Your single point of contact for the whole engagement. It guarantees four things:
- Communication: a weekly progress check-in and someone always reachable
- Budget: control against the quoted scope and an early warning on any deviation
- Timeline: the phased plan, always up to date
- Quality: sign-off on every delivery
Keeps the record of hours and work in the project dashboard, which you can access at any time, and at each milestone brings the delivery to review: the point where you approve or request changes before moving on.
AI Engineer
Responsible for the entire technical build: data model and single source of truth, integrations, platform development and design, orchestration and optimisation of the AI agents.

Agent optimisation is not a side detail: the system is tuned to omit the information it does not have rather than guess it, and it is refined until it is validated on the real cases that come up in use.
Two dedicated people for the whole duration of the project, with separate responsibilities. 45 hrs/month combined across the two. The monthly pace is indicative: unused hours roll forward to later months, excess hours are discounted on the following ones. Milestones and releases remain the obligation of result.
